Fitness & Films #17 - Boondock Saints

In honor of St. Patty's Day, here is a workout to get you fit as a fiddle and ready for some green beer! 


The Boondock Saints 

1. Someone crosses themselves: 10 pushups
2. Close up on a rosary: 20 sit ups
3. Close up on a tattoo: 20 tricep dips
4. Agent Smecker mentions food/ beverages: 25 jumping jacks
5. Rocco says "F*ck": 1 burpee (might have to count them up, and do them after!)
6. The family prayer is said: 30 v-sit
7. One brother finishes the other brother's sentence: 30 calf raises
8. Flashback to what happened in a previous fight scene: plank for whole flashback
9. Slow motion shooting: 10 lunges (each leg)
10. The brothers are referred to as "The Saints": 25 crunches during the movie, 10 crunches during the credits
