Fitness &Films #11: The Wizard of Oz Workout

Don't you just love the classics? One of my personal favorites...

The Wizard of Oz Workout



1. Someone talks about Dorothy's shoes:  20 calf raises
2. Toto barks: 10 incline pushups
3. Tin Man rusts: 20 sit ups
4. Cowardly Lion plays with his tail: 10 arm circles (alternate forward and backwards)
5. Scarecrow loses part of his stuffing: 30 jumping jacks
6. Glinda is a bubble: Plank until she becomes a woman
7. The Wicked Witch laughs: 30 second wall sit
8. Dorothy says the word "home": 20 tricep dips
9. The Wicked Witch's music is playing: Jump rope until it finishes
10. The film is in black and white: Run in place (Come on, you can do it!)
