If you were to tell me that you can watch either of these movies and not instantly want to find that awesome board game, then you must have had a lame childhood. Or no imagination.
A board game that involves excitement, animals/space, and danger, but instantly fixes everything destroyed as soon as the game ends? My goodness, I could have avoided so many scoldings from my parents if I had found a game that cleans up after it self!
You might think this is a weird pair to create a workout to, but hey, this is my movie workout series. You want different movies? Write in the comments any ideas you have for me. Or, do it yourself. :-)
Anyway. Exercise time.
Here's the plan:
1. Every time someone rolls: 5 pushups
2. Every time someone tries to roll, but something prevents it: 25 sit ups
3. When someone says "What does that mean?" or some similar phrase: 10 dips
4. Anytime the game players start fighting: jumping jacks for the duration of the argument, or until it is interrupted
5. When the game piece goes backwards (go back 2 spaces, etc): plank- at least 30 secs
6. Z-Every time you see Kristen Stewart frozen: lunges, 10 per side
7. J- Every time Van Pelt fires his gun: burpee (http://www.exrx.net/Aerobic/Exercises/Burpee.html)
8. When the game is completed: "jump rope" for the duration of the cleanup. Either with a rope or not, just make sure it is fast, and consistent.
