Fitness & Films #18: Lara Croft, Tomb Raider


Admit it, when you watch Laura Croft, you are desperate for her arms. And abs. And legs. Any thing else? Back. Buns. Whether it be the movies or the video games, her body is awesome.  Heck, I'd love to have her house, guns, and hair. I don't have a workout for those, though. Just the bod.

So, here we go!

Lara Croft, Tomb Raider
*Can be used for both Tomb Raider, and Cradle of Life
1. The characters go upside down: 10 pushups
2. A gun shoots way more than it's magazine holds: 10 lunges
3. Close up on any part of Lara's anatomy: 30 second plank
4. Witty one-liner: 30 second wall sit
5. Lara's personal history is mentioned: 20 V-sits
6. Hillary and Bryce complain about something: 25 tricep dips
7. Some super cool electronic item is used: 30 calf raises
8. Something extremely expensive is destroyed: 25 jumping jacks
9. Lara starts bleeding: 10 candlesticks *Double if she wipes the blood off
10. Lara raises one eyebrow: 30 second side plank (each side)
