Here are 3 Halloween movie workouts to get you ready to wear that sexy nurses outfit you have been saving for the perfect party!

Hocus Pocus


1. Sarah Jessica Parker sings: 10 v-sits
2. The books eye's open: 20 tricep dips
3. A spell is cast: 20 sit ups
4. Someone says the word "virgin": 10 push ups
5. The cat talks: 10 lunges
6. The blak flame candle is lit:  50 jumping jacks
7. Bette Midler says "Sistaaaahs": 30 second wall sit
8. Kathy Njimy smells children: 30 second plank
9. Anyone says Emily: 5 burpees
10. Anyone calls Max "Hollywood": 10 candlesticks

Halloween



1. Piano notes are heard: 10 lunges
2. Theme music is played: 10 sit ups
3. You see a pumpkin: 30 second plank
4. Anyone says "totally": 20 calf raises
5. Anyone is talking on the phone: 20 v-sits
6. Anyone is drinking or smoking: 20 tricep dips
7. You see Michael: 30 second wall sit
8. Anyone talks about how dangerous he is: 20 jumping jacks
9. Anyone says the word evil: 5 burpees
10. Anyone dies: 10 candlesticks

Scary Movie




1. Anyone dies: 10 lunges (switch legs!)
2. Anyone says the name "Cindy": 10 pushups
3. Someone makes a gay reference: 30 second plank
4. Shorty laughs: 20 tricep dips
5. Anyone says "Wazzzup": 20 calf raises
6. Anyone says "Doofy": 20 sit ups
7. You see the killer: 5 burpees
8. A spoof of another movie is made: 10 jumping jacks



Yes, the exercises are the same in each workout. Sorry, technically I am now on vacation, and cannot be more creative.
