1. Captain America's shield is thrown- 20 tricep dips
2. Someone calls Agent Coulson "Phil"- 10 diamond pushups
3. Iron Man suit goes on or off- 1 min jump roping/ jumping jacks
4. Nick Fury disobeys authority- 10 lunges (both legs)
5. Thor makes lightning- 20 sit ups
6. Loki mentions ruling or being king- 20 calf raises
7. Hawkeye shoots an arrow- 5 arm circles for each arrow (EACH- no cheating!)
8. Black Widow mentions her "ledger"- 10 v-sits
9. Hulk talks- 1 min wall sit
10. Anyone mentions "S.H.I.E.L.D."- 1 burpee
