Fitness & Films Special- The Super Bowl Workout

It's here! 
The biggest game of the year, a time for parties, cold beer, taco dip, and ridiculously expensive commercials... It is Super Bowl time at last!

Ok, really the party, beer, and dip parts don't work so well with a workout.. You're smart, though, you can decide which is more important...

And for you, my lucky readers, I have made not one, but TWO workouts to go along with the big game! I know, I know, you can thank me later. Whether you are watching for the game, or for the commercials, there is no reason not to feel awesome and exercised at the end of the 4 hour spectacle!

So pick your workout, and get going!

Super Bowl Workout
1. Ravens 1st down: 10 lunges (both legs, front and back)
2. 49rs 1st down: 10 squats
3. Ravens touchdown: 10 pushups
4. 49ers touchdown: 10 sit ups
5. Coaches are shown in a split screen: 30 second plank
6. Specific person is shown in the crowd- parents, spouses, or famous people: 20 calf raises
7. Michael Oher and The Blind Side are mentioned: 20 tricep dips
8. Joe Montana or the 49ers Super Bowl history is mentioned: 30 second wall sit
9. Clips of games from the 2012 season are shown: 1 burpee (for each clip)
10. You see the Lombardi Trophy: 20 jumping jacks

Super Bowl Commercials Workout
1. Pepsi: 10 lunges (both legs, front and back)
2. Movie trailer: 25 squats
3. Hyundai: 25 pushups
4. GoDaddy.com: 25 sit ups
5. Doritos: 45 second plank
6.  Budweiser/ Bud Light: 30 calf raises
7. Any other cars: 20 tricep dips
8. Any other foods: 20 jumping jacks
9. Any other websites: 5 burpees
10. Any health/sanitation (Axe, etc): 30 second wall sit
