A more exciting workout than going for a run!

The first set of exercises are good for all Dr. Seuss films, followed by sets for the different films. Have fun!
Dr. Seuss in General
1. A made up word is used: 20 tricep dips
2. Something natural looks completely different from the actual natural thing (ex. trees): 25 jumping jacks
3. Someone defies gravity ex. Walking upside down on stairs, a huge leap in a car: 10 candlesticks
4. An animal talks: 1 burpee
5. A song starts: run in place until the song is over
The Lorax
1. A tree is cut down: 30 second wall sit
2. Someone eats fruit: 30 second plank
3. You see a marshmallow: 20 sit ups
4. There is a fish out of water: 10 lunges
5. You see canned/bottled air: 10 v-sits
How the Grinch Stole Christmas
1. Anyone mentions the Christmas lights: 30 second wall sit
2. The word "who" is connected to another word: 30 second plank
3. The Grinch is mean to Max: 10 lunges
4. The Mayor is mean: 10 v-sits
5. The Grinch steals something: 20 sit ups
Horton Hears a Who
1. Horton makes a hat out of his ears: 30 second wall sit
2. Horton grabs/lets go of the clover: 30 second plank
3. Whoville shakes: 10 lunges
4. You see a banana: 10 v-sits
5. Someone says a size word ex. big, small: 20 sit ups
Cat in the Hat
1. Cat laughs after talking: 20 sit ups
2. Cat makes joke about death: 10 v-sits
3. Thing 1 does something naughty: 30 second wall sit
4.Thing 2 does something naughty: 30 second plank
5. Someone says "Oh Yeah": 10 lunges
