Completed Creations: Cream Cheese Clouds

I found this recipe on Pinterest, and fell in love with it instantly! These are a great little dessert, or can be amended a little and made into an appetizer. Everyone who tries these raves about them, and they are super easy to make. A little messy, but definitely worth it!!

So as far as the ingredients go, they can be edited for the number you want to create. If you want, you can make 10, 20, or 40 of these delectable treats!

Ingredients:
1 can of buttermilk biscuits
8 oz cream cheese
1/2 cup sugar
1 tbsp cinnamon
1/4 cup butter, melted

First, cut the cream cheese into squares. As I said, you can edit these for the number you want to make. More squares, more desserts (but smaller). Less squares means fewer and bigger desserts.

Then, cut the biscuits in half (thirds, fourths, your choice).

Take a square of cream cheese, dip it into the melted butter.

Then, dip it into the cinnamon/sugar mixture.

Next, fold it into one of the biscuit pieces, and close up the dough.
The final step (sorry, here is where I got sidetracked and stopped taking pictures), is to pour any leftover butter and cinnamon/sugar mixture onto the clouds.

Then, bake for 15 minutes at 350, or until browned on the top.

Then, enjoy! Like I said, I was sidetracked so I have no pictures of the final product. When I finally remembered, they were all gone!!

If you want to amend these to become hor d'oeuvres, instead of using cinnamon and sugar, use a mixes of spices, like rosemary or thyme.

Trust me on this, your guests will go crazy for these :-)
